Drive the whole lake while in Tahoe. The views from the drive alone were worth the trip. Kayak at sand harbor beach we went on a Tuesday morning and it was so peaceful. Check out South of North and Sidellis breweries. Grab lunch at whitecaps pizza on kings beach.

I’m at Bryce Canyon right now and it is spectacular and not crowded at all. If you want to do an easy day hike, hike the Navajo Loop from Sunset point to Sunrise point. It’s amazing!

For Zion, I highly recommend the Narrows and Angels Landing. Check the water level for the Narrows, the runoff might be pretty high this time of year. You can rent waterproof gear and poles outside of the park. Springdale is pretty much the only town in the area and has a few cute shops, restaurants and bars. Bright Angel Trailhead in the Grand Canyon is my favorite; Plateau Point is a great full day hike. Definitely check out the Kolb Studio, Yavapai Geology Museum and other museums around the rim. I was just there this weekend and while not everything is open yet there’s plenty to do! Within the park there are generic food options, Tusayan is 15 minutes south and has more options - but Williams is the best. It’s an hour south and on historic Route 66. Check out Sultana Bar, Historic Brewing and Cruiser’s Route 66 Cafe. For both parks bring plenty of water and snacks. The higher elevation can sneak up on you! Check out both NPS sites to see the status of the shuttle system and other COVID restrictions; they change frequently.

We did a trip a couple years ago. Rented an Air BNB in Flagstaff. It was a great central location for lots of places including Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Painted Desert etc. all within an hour or so

I am leaving tomorrow on my first flight in 2 years (yippee), flying to Vegas, driving to Williams, then the Grand Canyon one day, staying in Kanab two nights while doing Bryce one day and Zion one day before heading back to Vegas for 25th anniversary 2 nights. My husband can’t do a lot of hiking, so we are ok with one day in each park and will do several short trails. We have both been vaccinated since February and figured 25 years was worth celebrating 🥳 trying to knock some more National Parks off the list.

Avoid highway 50 in Nevada, it’s DESOLATE with few gas stations and hotels. Made that mistake on my cross country trip

No matter where.. it's an amazing place and experience..I have done it in March, breeze and chill but amazing. Done it in the morning and the afternoon and it's two different experience..
